Learn to Play
Welcome to our exciting learning program specifically for girls in JK-grade 4 (older divisions may be added if there is demand)! Our indoor sessions kick off after March break, offering a fun and engaging environment for learners. As the weather warms up, our outdoor sessions begin in May, allowing for even more exploration and adventure Join us for a fantastic experience where your child can learn grow, and make new friends!
Rep Level Competitive Teams
Welcome to our competitive lacrosse program! We proudly offer rep level teams for girls aged U9 to U19 (grades 1-12), competing in the Ontario Women's Field Lacrosse League. Tryouts for U15 and older will be held mid March, while U9 and U11 U13 tryouts are scheduled for April. Join us for an exciting season of skill development and teamwork!

After March break, our rep players and rep hopefuls engage in indoor skill warm-up sessions until we transition outdoors in early May. As of May, our rep teams practice twice per week on Mondays and Thursdays, with games scheduled on weekends at various centers across Southern Ontario.
