Indoor Sessions:

Saturday March 30th to Saturday May 4th

12-1pm

@ Toronto Rock Athletic Centre - 1132 Invicta Drive, Oakville

Outdoor Sessions:

Monday May 6, 13, 27 June 3, 10, 17

(no session on Monday May 20th)

5:30-6:30pm

@ White Oaks Highschool - 1055 McCraney Street East, Oakville

Cost: $285 - 12 sessions in total

EQUIPMENT

Girls field is a non-contact sport, so equipment is minimal.​

Players should have cleats or running shoes, girls field lacrosse goggles, a girls field stick (differs from a box stick), mouth guard, goggles, a water bottle & be dressed for the weather.

Equipment can be purchased locally here in Oakville at the 

Rock Lax Shop
